Zinn Hub® buyer protection explained

How Zinn Hub® holds payment, how long you have to check a delivery, and how refunds, cancellations and disputes work.

Zinn Hub®'s help article on buyer protection and refunds

Your payment is held until you accept

When you order, Zinn Hub® collects the payment and holds it. The seller is paid only after the order is completed.

Five days to check a delivery

When the work is delivered, a five-day review window opens. You can accept it, ask for a revision within scope, or raise a problem. If you do nothing, the order is accepted automatically after five days.

When a refund is available

Refunds are available before you accept, for example when the work was not delivered by the deadline without communication, the seller stopped responding, or the delivery fundamentally does not match the listing. A change of mind after accepting is not covered.

Where refunds go

Approved refunds are credited instantly to your Zinn Hub® wallet in US dollars, whatever you paid with, including cryptocurrency. Wallet credit does not expire and can be spent on any other order.

Cancelling by agreement

Either side can propose a refund of 25, 50, 75 or 100 percent. The other side has 72 hours to accept, counter or decline, for up to three rounds; silence accepts the proposal. If the seller has not started, a full refund is guaranteed.

Disputes

If you cannot agree, raise a dispute from the order page. The other side has 48 hours to respond, and Zinn Hub® staff review the messages, the listing and the delivered work before deciding on a full, partial or no refund.
