How to leave a review on Zinn Hub®

Step by step: how a buyer rates a seller after an order, and what makes a review useful to the next buyer.

Wait until the order is completed

The review option appears after you accept the final delivery and the order is marked completed. If the work is not right yet, ask for a revision first — accepting the delivery ends the order.

Open the order in your account

Go to My Account, find the completed order and choose Leave Review or Write Review.

Pick a star rating

Zinn Hub® describes the scale like this: one star means serious problems or no delivery, two stars below expectations, three stars average and basic requirements met, four stars good and above expectations, and five stars an excellent, exceptional experience.

Write what happened

Say what you ordered, how communication went, whether the deadline was met and whether the result matched what was promised. Specific details help the next buyer far more than a single word.

Keep it fair

Base the review on the service you received and the price you paid. Leave out personal attacks, profanity and personal information. You can still edit the review for 60 days after you publish it.
