Zinn Hub® reviews: frequently asked questions

Marketplace reviews on Zinn Hub® can only be left by the buyer of a completed order, so each is tied to a real purchase. This site also shows Zinn Hub®'s Trustpilot reviews, which anyone with a Trustpilot account can post, and the testimonials Zinn Hub® publishes.

The counts of reviews shown are at the top of the home page and on each source page, refreshed automatically. Each says which star rating it starts from.

The lists show marketplace reviews and testimonials rated four stars and above, and Trustpilot and Google reviews rated three and above. Every count and average on the site is of those reviews and is labelled so.

On a ready-made service or custom offer, the buyer reviews the seller once the delivery is accepted and the order is completed. On a project, the buyer and the seller review each other.

A reviewer can edit their review for 60 days after publishing it. Reviews that break Zinn Hub®'s guidelines can be reported to support and may be removed.

Marketplace reviews and testimonials refresh daily and Trustpilot weekly. Every listing shows the date of its last refresh.

Zinn Hub® holds your payment until you accept the delivery, gives you five days to check it, and offers refunds, cancellations by agreement and staff-reviewed disputes. Read our buyer protection guide for the details.

Zinn Hub® describes five stars as an excellent, exceptional experience and four as good and above expectations. Three stars means average, with the basic requirements met.

Trustpilot reviews usually rate the platform as a whole, and anyone can post one; marketplace reviews rate one order and need a completed purchase. Our guide on the two explains why the scores differ.

Open the completed order in your account, choose Leave Review, pick one to five stars and describe what you ordered and how it went.

Zinn Hub®'s guidelines allow a review to be removed when it breaks the rules — for example abuse, personal information or false claims. Threatening or pressuring someone to remove a review is itself prohibited.

Every service with at least five reviews rated four stars and above that is still available on zinnhub.com.

On Trustpilot and Google, Zinn Hub® replies publicly and this site shows those replies under the review.

Testimonials are chosen and published by Zinn Hub® on its own website, so they show experiences it wants to highlight. Read them alongside the marketplace and Trustpilot reviews, which Zinn Hub® does not choose.
