What Zinn Hub® allows and prohibits in reviews, and how to report a review that breaks the rules.
Be honest and specific
Rate your actual experience without inflating or deflating it, and mention what worked and what did not.
Be fair
Consider what was promised against what was delivered, the price, the communication and the deadline.
What a review must not contain
Personal attacks, profanity, discriminatory language, false claims, complaints unrelated to the order and anyone's personal information.
Prohibited practices
Fake reviews, buying or selling reviews, reviewing your own services, trading reviews, and threatening a bad review to get extra work or to have a review removed.
Reporting a review
Contact Zinn Hub® support, explain which guideline the review breaks and include the review. Reviews that violate the guidelines may be removed, and abusive reviewers can lose their account.
