Trustpilot reviews vs marketplace reviews

Why the same company can look different on Trustpilot and in its own marketplace reviews, and how to read both.

They review different things

A marketplace review rates one seller and one order. A Trustpilot or Google review usually rates the platform itself — its website, support, fees or policies.

They have different rules about who can post

On Zinn Hub® only the buyer of a completed order can review a service. On Trustpilot and Google anyone with an account can post a review, whether or not they have used the service.

They attract different people

People who had a routine, successful order rarely visit a separate review site; people with a strong opinion, good or bad, are more likely to. That is one reason platform-wide scores are often lower and more mixed.

Read them together

This site shows both, each with a clearly labelled count and average. Use marketplace reviews to judge a specific seller, and platform reviews to judge the marketplace's support and policies.
