I’ve worked with Neil for a while now, and I’d describe my experience as very positive overall. He is hardworking, persistent, and doesn't give up when challenges arise. Even when I had to go back with questions or corrections, he always came back with solutions and delivered the work properly. That reliability is the main reason I kept working with him. I will say this: sometimes the delivery was slower than I expected. I believe this is partly because he took this project as a personal challenge, and while his skill set is strong, there were areas where he had to figure things out as we went. That said, the end result was accurate and well-done. For me, accuracy matters more than rushing through, so I really value that. I can also admit I’m quite a demanding client; I like detail, and I don’t settle for “just okay.” Despite that, Neil managed to handle my expectations and pressure. Even when I got frustrated, he was able to come around and continue working until the job was done to a high standard. Because of this, I see him as someone I will continue to work with. If I need something extremely urgent, I sometimes go elsewhere. But if I have the time, Neil is the one I trust to get it right. Now that I know how he works, it’s even easier to collaborate. In short: Neil is hardworking, reliable under pressure, and produces good, accurate work. The pace may be slower at times, but the quality is there. I’m very happy with what we’ve achieved together and I look forward to continuing to work with him.
