  Is he the best in Excel in the world? To be honest, he's probably in the top 0.0001%, that's for sure. Would I recommend him? To be honest, I don't want to because I don't want him to stop working on my Excel automation. But yes, he's the best. You really cannot find anyone better. I have worked with a lot of freelancers, and he's probably the best in terms of speed and what he does. If you hire him, you will only ask yourself why you didn't do it sooner.
