Neil is a pro! He's great to work with because of his clear communication of timelines and next steps, as well as very quick turn-arounds for the work. This was my first attempt at self publishing and I made some rookie errors. He was patient with me and diligent to see it through. My only recommendation is for any other first timers, ask up front for a clear understanding of the process, i.e. how editing can affect formatting and how formatting could make you want to re-edit. That way revisions don't create any friction. Again, the rating is more reflective of my journey than it is Neil.
Neil has been exceptional to work with, especially as I'm totally disabled from military combat and don't understand much of the terminology. Thank you so much, Neil.
