Francesca made sure to gather an in-depth understanding of the target customer and fit the tone and content to it. He wasn't afraid to tell me when he thought I had the wrong idea (though I'm sure he would've done it if I'd insisted), which is invaluable – I was able to learn from her as well as use her services.

Before we even started working together, Francesca really took the time to understand what I was looking for, my style, and my target audience. Her communication was thoughtful, prompt, and incredibly professional (and this was before I even had hired her). Once we started the project, Francesca's professionalism and copywriting abilities were evident from the start. He sent me an early draft to make sure that he was headed in the right direction with tone, style, and content. Even with the early draft, I was thoroughly impressed with her ability to adapt her copy to my tone and style. Her understanding of my ideal customer profile was also amazing. I was so hesitant to work with a copywriter because I have a very specific voice and it means a lot to me to connect with my audience authentically. I think Francesca picked up on this and it seemed that he really cared; this approach helped me to feel like my audience was in safe hands with her.
