First time working with him. Fairly complex new build asked for a delivered. Neile was slightly longer than expected but almost no QA/testing was needed. He got it right both technically and workflow/UX wise. Will work with again— already getting the next scope doc ready for him :)
Amazing work! I actually hired three people for the same job, and none of them got it right. He figured out everything that was wrong with my company site in a complicated WordPress system and delivered it on time.
Everything was great, considering that I don't know much about bugs and such, and the problem was solved. It would be appreciated if the problems could be explained better to avoid them in the future. I'll probably contact him for future gigs.
Where the incompetence of a support team ended, the outstanding professionalism of this young man began. While the theme support failed to resolve the issue over a period of two weeks, he quite literally saved me in a very short amount of time. Extremely competent, solution-oriented, fast and reliable. Communication was clear and to the point, with excellent technical expertise. A clear recommendation – I would work with him again anytime.
This seller is exceptional. If you are looking for someone to "go deep" into a problem, figure it out in a very short time, and get your website working again and act like "Oh, it was no big deal"... well... you found your guy. Neil is amazing. Neil is very talented. Neil saved the day for us. Our website need "immediate work" and Neil just jumped in and not only did what he initially was asked to do, but went above and beyond and really cleaned things up. The man is pure gold. DO NOT HESITATE TO HAVE HIM WORK FOR YOU. TOP CLASS, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
