I hardly know where to begin when describing my experience with Neil and his team. One thing is certain, though: five stars are simply not enough. For the effort, dedication, and outstanding quality of their work, they would easily deserve ten stars. Dear Zinn Hub team – you might want to consider expanding your rating system for exceptional talents like this. As a lecturer, I am highly experienced in my own field – but when it comes to web design, IT, or social media, I must admit I know very little. This surely made the process more challenging for both sides and probably cost us some extra time. Imagine a client who has a clear idea in mind, yet lacks the technical vocabulary to explain it properly. And now imagine being the expert who has to interpret and implement these ideas. Not an easy task. But Neil managed it brilliantly – with remarkable patience, understanding, and professionalism. I looked at many service providers on Zinn Hub, and normally I don’t rely too much on reviews. But when I visited Neil’s page, I immediately had a good gut feeling, without knowing exactly why. After a few video calls, it became clear to me: This is the person who can understand my vision. At first, I was a bit sceptical because he lives in another country while I live in Germany. However, his excellent English and open communication quickly built trust. He didn’t just implement my ideas – in some areas he even exceeded my expectations. After he showed me his previous projects and the international clients he had worked with, I knew that my project was in the right hands. Yes, there are still a few small adjustments to be made, but that’s completely normal and not a criticism at all. Finding suitable times for meetings wasn’t always easy either, because we are both very busy. But challenges like this are part of delivering high-quality work. What matters is that we both remained patient – and it absolutely paid off. My conclusion: Trusting my gut feeling was the right choice. With Neil and his team, you simply cannot go wrong – in terms of quality as well as price. I am sure there will be more projects in the future where I will rely on their support again. Neil, I hope you and your team continue to deliver such outstanding quality. Zinn Hub only allows five stars – but from me, you definitely get ten stars. Looking forward to the next project, amigo.
