  Arnold is AMAZING! He had no problem writing a nutrition plan for me that worked with my dietary needs (vegetarian), when another person on Fiverr flat out refused. He listened to what my goals were and wrote a fitness plan that was flexible and fun and worked! Communication for check-ins and questions was easy and he was so prompt. I’ve already bought another programme from him (it wasn’t necessary - I totally could have kept using the first one, but I just wanted to change things up a bit).
