  I've been working with Valera for a year and a half now. He reliably transcribes my sometimes very complex, high-level piano arrangements. I'm very satisfied with him; he has a feel for the details, but also for the bigger picture of the music. I almost never need revisions, because the transcriptions are on point. The few that had (just minor) mistakes in one or two bars were "slips of the pen". I prefer to correct them myself in Sibelius, because it's faster than going through the revision process on Zinn Hub. Trust in his expertise and deep knowledge of music.
