I think the service provider was perfect: polite, friendly and willing to listen. The result was, I think, as good as it can get, considering the service provider doesn't know the customer at all. I think with some additional time and dialogue the work could be truly true to life, but considering the low cost and time allotted, one cannot expect total perfection. I would/will not hesitate to return for future assignments though. Thank you for a job well done. I did not give five stars, but this is absolutely not a disapproval; quite the contrary.
