  I'm very happy with the final product delivered by Qlos. It is clean and professional-looking, exactly what I was looking for. It took a while, though, including a number of revisions, with back-and-forth communication to get there. Qlos is very accommodating, which helped the process a lot. In future, I will submit a detailed itemised outline first and request a summary from Qlos in bullet points of exactly what is needed, prior to him proceeding, to avoid any miscommunication and prolonged timeline in future. (I also think that final work needs to be checked 'with a fine-tooth comb' before being designated 'final' and delivered). I would definitely recommend Qlos for manuscript/book formatting and InDesign.
