I came in with an idea of what I wanted, along with a detailed PDF of references and concepts, and he took the time to understand the direction before diving in. The project took longer than the standard 4 days due to all the back-and-forth we did to make sure every detail felt right. He handled revisions with total professionalism. Always transparent and realistic about expectations, and kind. Even when I asked for changes multiple times, he was patient. It genuinely felt like his priority was getting the exact result I envisioned, which is very valuable as someone who's requesting to bring their vision to life. The thing that truly sets Neilal apart is that he actually hand-draws most of his elements, including some of the text, as opposed to using elements and websites that most people have access to. That level of personalisation is rare. You can see the difference between a custom, hand-crafted design and something thrown together from a stock image and a basic font. With Neilal, you know you’re getting something original and made just for you. Overall, I’m very happy with both the collaboration and the final logo. I highly recommend working with him.
