I chose this seller because of a similar design displayed on the profile that was of incredible quality. I was thoroughly impressed by the final product we received. This is a team logo, and everyone on the team is in love with it. The seller was also incredibly communicative and willing to help with a myriad tweaks we asked for (the downside of a team sharing input).

While I do feel as if he could have a bit more creativity, I have to give credit where it's due. Any time you're unhappy with something, he'll immediately start working towards a fix. He communicates relatively quickly and is incredibly polite. Any time there was something we wanted changed, and I will confess we were annoying about it, there was no argument, no aggression, just "Alright, I'll get it done." Truly professional.
I just realised I never sent the reference I mentioned, but they came up with something much better than what I was thinking. That's a great experience!
