Don is professional, responsive, polite, and a hard worker. Great combination. I highly recommend working with him for your accounting needs. He worked odd hours to suit my schedule, and helped me with technical setup of my own bookkeeping software so I would own access and editing capabilities of my work product.

While Don excels in his attention to detail and delivered exactly what we needed in our bookkeeping project, working with him could be improved due to some communication barriers during Zoom calls. His knowledge of accrual accounting is impressive and comprehensive, but clearer communication would enhance the overall collaboration experience.
We were converting from QB online to Zoho Books, and it was set up poorly. Don was able to go in and make the corrections and produce the reports. We're still reviewing them, and I'm sure Don will provide any additional services to ensure accuracy. I will continue working with him.
