I'm extremely happy with the service he provided for me! After going live and ordering copies, I found an error (instead of it saying fiction, it said non-fiction) on the copyright page – a really big deal and it had to be fixed. Technically, I didn’t have anything to do with that as it’s a standard tagline, but I missed it on review and final approval, my bad, I guess. To be honest, I didn’t even look at it since that part wasn’t available until the very end and was more of a formality. As far as fixing it and getting the corrected copy uploaded, the delivery was very easy and almost instant, and that’s why I rated it 5 stars. This will be the first order I don’t leave a tip on, however, because the fee to correct it more than covers the time/work involved.
