Pick Neil! I'm a big fan of Zinn Hub, but there's always a cost to using someone overseas. The technical work is usually pristine, but the intangibles (copy, look and feel) are usually lacking for my market. That wasn't the case with Neil. He knocked it out of the park.
Incredible strategic deep dive. Neil didn't just look at the ad account; they analyzed the entire customer journey. They correctly identified that while our CTR was high, our price point was a friction barrier. The pivot to a 'cost-per-dose' value framing and the aggressive retargeting plan is exactly the kind of high-level thinking we needed. If you want someone who understands sales psychology, not just button pushing, hire them.
As a new start-up with very little experience in social media marketing, it's been great to work with Neil. Her initial deliveries have been exactly what we wanted, and her communication and promptness have been excellent. She's gone above and beyond to explain how things work to us. We'll continue to work with her for the next month or so as we kick off our first advertising campaigns.
