The conversation flow actually feels natural, not stiff or robotic like a lot of bots. He got the webhook working smoothly so leads drop right into our Google Sheets, and set up the API placeholders exactly how I asked. Really solid communication and fast turnaround. Definitely plan to hire him again when we're ready to build out the full system.
